Cryogenic Technology

Supracon AG develops cryogenic technology tailored to customer-specific requirements, such as helium bath cryostats for magnetic field measurements at the quantum limit or cryocoolers for 1–4 K applications.

Cryogenic technology

The product range of Supracon AG includes versatile bath cryostats made of non-magnetic GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic), suitable for both liquid nitrogen (-196 °C) and liquid helium (-269 °C).

The cryostats serve as the foundation for highly sensitive magnetic field measurements, for example in geophysical exploration or in the field of biomagnetism.
