The working atmosphere is quite family-like, for example during the birthday breakfast gatherings.

My favorite moments at Supracon over the past years have of course been the 20th anniversary celebration, hiking days, and the sporting competitions and activities… Frank Wenzel

What I particularly enjoy about my work is the wide variety of tasks — from A to Z: wiring, assembly, component installation, procurement, and documentation. Frank Wenzel

From hobby to profession… after more than 26 years, I have achieved my goal. Creating something new… researching, tinkering, staying persistent with patience until it works as intended — this is one of my passions. For me, Supracon stands for flat hierarchies, self-organization, working calmly and therefore producing high-quality results, and above all, achieving goals together as a team — from the initial idea to the finished product. Frank Wenzel

The best moment was when we were at the PTB with the quantum comparator and the bias electronics worked exactly as intended. The challenge of constantly learning and applying new techniques (a blessing and a curse at the same time ^^).
